hi are you or anybody you no looking for a flat in hastings we have a sleepout to rent out decent size in the back yard.... we have a lovly large section fully fenced and a ingroung swimming pool and large deck to. i have a 1 year old daughter, partner cat and 10moth old lab/retreiver, lovely dog but still a puppy so gets very excited but great with kids! let me no if any bodys interested thanks
