Master 6 months is dribbling like nothing before and combined with a runny nose has developed a gross dribble rash. Does anyone have any decent creams they use? Is it worth taking him to the doctor or does it clear up on its own accord?

DD had this pretty bad, I would recommend getting some Mum2Mum dribble bibs. They helped clear her rash up really quickly.

a bit of bepanthan might help? or a barrier cream to keep the dribble out while it heals?

If it's really bright red it could need some medicated cream - I'd take him to the doctor just to check. We got some antifungal, antibacterial, hydrocortisone cream (pimafucort) to put on my son's terrible rash and it cleared it up really quickly.

The nurses at neonatal gave us zinc and castor oil cream to use and it is totally awesome - cleaned everything up really well (they used to get manky under their chins).
