Hi all,

Was wondering if there was anyone else out there that developed antiphosphilid syndrome at the time of delivery and ended up on warfarin long-term who has succesfully had a second baby?? Weighing up risks with doctors, but different specialists have different opinions.... I am currently on warfarin and know I would have to swap to heparin (clexane) injections etc. but want to know if anyone else has been in this same position?

I've done the Clexane route through pregnancy and warfarin post birth, but for different reasons. PM me if you have any questions. Being on anticoagulants just makes things a little bit trickier, especially for the birth, but the injections are just part of your daily life and are no big deal. I'll be doing the same thing for our next baby. I think Kazzle had the same syndrome so might pay to PM her.
