If you want to be sure that the skincare you put on your baby is without any synthetic preservatives or chemicals you should use products which carry the BDIH seal (eco label). BDIH is an indepent organisation which verifies that natural and organic products are without any chemical or synthetic ingredients. The recent issue of cosumer magazine reveals that nearly all so-called natural and organic products available in NZ contain synthetic preservatives (for example trilogy) and other potentially harmful stuff - except those with the BDIH seal of approval. http://consumer.org.nz/reports/natural-cosmetics - read more
