Hey ladies,
Since my M/C I have been doing lots of reading (google can be your best friend and worst enemy!!) it appears that one of the side effects of PCOS which I suffer from is low Progesterone levels, which in turn can cause M/C. SO....have been looking at the creams that are out there, is this something that you can buy over the counter or do I have to get it from a doctor/specialist? Hey Monkeys, they are generally used in the form of pessaries in NZ and can only be prescribed by a specialist. There was another thread on here about this recently, I'll see if I can find it...........

Monkeys... if you do get natural prog cream or prog pessaries make sure that you only use them after ovulation.... it can work as a contraceptive before ovulation and prevent ovulation. |
