As a lot of us seem to be lacking motivation at the moment,so here's a small challenge to give us a kick before weigh in tomorrow:


*******************************************************
Planks and Alternating Lunges:

5 sets of planks on your elbows and toes, holding for 60sec - If you cant do 60sec aim for at least 30sec on toes and elbows.

AND

5 MINUTES of alternating lunges.

Yeah I had to ask too. Hold yourself like a plank - like a static push up.

This is going to be my Wed challenge Laura - to get me started for the weekly challenges. I couldn't quite manage it today.
