Subject: Biggest Loser Challenge #3

This challenge is for the upcoming week and needs to be done at least twice if not three times.
*****************************************************************************************
Walk or Run 1km and time it, 2 days later do it again and try to improve your time, then do again once more (so 3 times in total) and record your time, work out the percentage decrease in time taken.
*****************************************************************************************
Remember if you walk the first time, then all three must be walks, if you are capable of jogging then challenge yourself and jog/run it.

going for my frist walk today and also found that i walk more the 1k to get james to school

Good on you james that a good way to do it...when I do it there & Back there & back it is 3k a day, but can not always do it due to afternoon kindy.....but will go for a walk when DH today from work so thats 6ks & a great de-stress

Well I went for walks when I could but not as often as I wanted due to kids & DH working late. I did a walk today which was 8ks so am feeling really good
