Did it help? How did it help?

Mac's Aunt has suggested we use it to help with his teething and sleeping as she's had some success with it. Not that I don't trust or believe her, I'd just like to hear more than one opinion on it.

All I know is that it's meant to be good for lactation... when I was preggers my South African friend got me some and two days later I was leaking breastmilk even though I was only 16 weeks preggo
