I brought two nappies off Ecobubs iin their recent sale but when my parcel arrived there was only one in there. I emailed them via the contact form but did not hear and then put a note on their board on facebook but still no reply. Can't ring as there is only an 0800 number and I live in Aussie. Has anyone else had problems with their customer service lately? -------------

Can't help w customer service but can call them for you and make some heads roll?? or atleast track down your second nappy! -------------
