Hi girls,

Am now seriously considering acupuncture.

How often and how many times did you girls go before you got results?

I'm currently having cycles between 65 - 70 days long. I have ordered some Vitex and will be taking that when it arrives. Desperately trying to get shorter, normal cycles.

Nothing would counteract anything else if I tried Elevit, Vitex and acupuncture all at the same time?

I did acupuncture weekly and noticed quite a difference in my charts after 3 months I think? Then I got my BFP 2-3 months later.

I definitely recommend it. I was taking herbs at the same time that my naturopath/acupuncturist gave me. It didn't have vitex in it but I know she was going to recommend it, but I had already tried it and didn't think it agreed with me (mood-wise)

I also had accupuncture to regulate my cycles and to make sure I was ovulating. I was already going for migraines, so hard to say how long I had accupuncture for my cycle. When we did start trying we got a BFP after 3 months.

I really believe accupuncture worked because I started getting ovulation pain, making it very easy to do the BD at the right time

Good luck!

I was going fortnightly for acupuncture sessions, and taking the herbs that they give (either in dried form you make into a tea, or in pill form).

It took 3 months of treatment and I got a BFP. My issue is short luteal phase.

You may find it best not to take Vitex at the same time, as the acupuncturist will be most likely to want you to take the herbs/pills they give you, which should work with the acupuncture sessions. But best to discuss this with them when you see them.
