Hi there,

My OH signed up for this a few weeks ago when it just started. We had to wait about 3/4 weeks for the prints and sent a couple of emails to find out what was going on.

The prints are matt not glossy and we found the quality variable. At the end of the day though, so long as you don't mind waiting, you can get as many prints as you want and it's only $10 (from memory) for the year

It's certainly no good for if your wanting a nice photo to frame, but for every day getting passed around or kept in wallet photos, they're fine.

Hey
I signed up for it when it first started too. When I got to upload photos to print (had to wait for AGES because of overloading) I found their website horrible to use, their customer service was terrible, and 6 weeks on I am still waiting for my photos. So not sure about the quality yet sorry.
All in all I dont mind that I spent the $10 and $7 of it went to The Ronald McDonald House, but am certainly not overly impressed

I've recently joined up and order a small amount of photos week ago so I could see what they are like but I didn't realise it would take so long for them to arrive.

Previously I've been using snapfish and they tend to arrive within a few days so for Jimmy Click to take 6 weeks plus really isn't good enough.

If I'm not happy with how the photos are (I didn't realise they were printed in matt and all my other photos are gloss so the change will look funny) I don't think I will be ordering any more through them. I'll go back to using snapfish.

I agree Kinja. Ours finally arrived after 8 weeks, and the quality is terrible. They are streaky and pixelated, and they weren't low resolution photos. I won't be using them again either.

Ours took over 7 weeks and no one every replied to my emails when I was enquiring what had happened. The quality wasn't the best either.
However I am uploading a whole heap more to use for crafty things as I can cut out people for baby to look at, and I want to get my $10 worth!
