Taine has low iron, has had glandular fever and gets every bug going around. So am attempting to get not kjust iron, but other good stuff in him. He eats a pretty good diet though (am planning on having him tested for gluten intolerance later - but i digress), i am looking for a supplement that the kids will take. so far gave tried:
spirulina (NOT popular) those multi vitamins shaped like lions and hippos those fish oil flavoured fishy things (bleurgh, like chewing on a flavoured condom) that iron supplement made from beetroot in the bottle...fluro? whatever and given the price, have hestittaed on adding to the bottles in the cupboard with crap the kids con't take. Any suggestions of a supplment that actually don't taste like poo? |

I give my son Blackmores kids multi-vitamins and takes it without any problems. |

We use Centrum Kids Chewable Vitamins, they smell & taste like strawberry & my kids love them.

You can get Floradix for kids  Great Stuff and tastes yum!
Also centrum chewable are meant to be good. ------------- |
