Im to ashamed to admit how many i have, i dont even count but if i did i think id be in shock lol
How many do you have??? Im mainly a tea drinker but might have 1 or 2 coffees a day aswel. |

| 3 - 5 cups of green tea and 1 of peppermint tea. I love english breakfast tea but don't drink it anymore and I have a reaction to coffee plus don't like it all that much so if I have it, it has to be a GOOD one no instant stuff. |

3 cups of coffee and sometimes a tea in the evenings.
Years ago I gave up coffee for Lent and since then I can't handle the caffeine hit past 4pm. Lol! |

Usually one coffee a day but the last few weeks I have only had one every few days.... But about 6 months ago I was having about 3-4 a day and then just went off it... ------------- mum to 3 lovely girls :D |

2 - 3 coffees a day. One in the morning with breakfast, followed by a second if it's been a hard night! Also have one after dinner most nights. ------------- Two little girls under 2!

I have a few coffees during the morning and early afternoon then switch to tea. I love the french jarrah coffee :o) DH drinks alot of coffee so he makes me tea whenever he makes a coffee. Currently I probably have about 4 -5 teas and a couple of coffees!  ------------- http://lilypie.com">

Just so you know, tea has more caffeine than coffee lol
I try to have one but usually end up at 2. Mine are plunged so stronger  I try to stick to one cause of breastfeeding.

I have 1 coffee first thing in the morning otherwise I cant function. Mabey one during the day depends on whats going on and then usually a cup of tea or milo before bed.

Hmmmm well if Tea has more caffeine then coffee could explain why i have so many.
i would easily have over 10 a day. Sometimes less sometimes more, depends what i do in a day. If im out for ages i have to buy a coffee lol. I cut down so much during my pregnancy, while BFing i had maybe 3 a day, now its slowly climbed back up. Its going to be hard when i get pregnant trying to cut down again lol

I loved a good cup of coffee (we have a espresso machine) in the morning and maybe one at lunch with probably 2-3 cups of tea during the day - but then got pregnant and couldn't stand either of them!! I've only just started thinking i'd like a coffee but i'm going to wait till this baby is out and start on de cafe. Just be my luck my tummy still isn't ready for it! Tea gives me a yukky taste in my mouth. Deff a coffee snob tho - can't stand instant! so my coffees are probably worth about 2 instants? |

A coffee in the morning, Or a hot chocolate (depends on the weather really lol, I prefer coffee when its warm, and hot chocolate when its cold!) I often mix up half coffee/half hot chocolate. I'll have a mocha while out and about often-naughty! And often another coffee at home.
So maybe 2 coffees a day + one while out, tops? |

well its funny because whilst being a SAHM for the past year the coffee canistor was only ever opend if i had visitors but i started back at work on monday and without even thinking about it the first thing i did was go to the staff room and grab a coffee, then again every break so the first day i was back i had 4 coffees in total and the same happend the next day i went back I think maybe its more a social thing for me . i do enjoy coffee , just dont really even think about having one at home ------------- http://lilypie.com">

I have just started drinking tea again, I have one, sometimes 2 a day. I was drinking about 4 milos a day but now that I'm dairy free I've had to stop. I've never been much of a coffee drinker, I've never liked instant, can only be a good cafe coffee, but I haven't had one of those in about a year -------------

I dont drink either anymore, I cant stand the smell of coffee for some reason! If I am having a hot drink it is either herbal tea or just hot water ------------- Mum to Mr 10, Mr 6 and Mr 4

No I drink heaps too. I am trying to cut down so the other day I counted and I had 4 coffees, 1 decaf coffee (cos of trying to cut down...lol) 3 teas and a milo. I'm still breastfeeding too, naughty. He does only feed 1-2 times a day or sometimes skips a day. Is still naughty though.
I've had two teas and two coffees today as I've been home all day and drink less than when at college. Also I rarely drink water even though I really know I should. -------------
