I use ecostore soap and baby shampoo.

depends on how cheap they are. if for example an eco friendly spray and wipe cost $5, but there was a "standard" spray n wipe for $3... ill get the $3... but if they are the same price i would go for the eco one but would prefer samples to try. if it worked just as well or better, *then* i might actually go for it on the shelf, no just the cheaper one.
(and i know that you might get more use [ie not need as much] of the eco product and it might last longer, but with only once income we aim for the cheapest grocery bill as opposed to how long will it last us... iygwim) |

I use eco-friendly dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, shampoo, soap, baby shampoo and body wash, nappy cream, cream cleanser, the list goes on... it's just part of our life style.
I am always interested in trying new "green" products, but tend to be a bit label-reading-obsessed as my daughter has allergies. ------------- http://www.babysfirstsite.com">

I really like the eco store spray & wipe. Gone off their washing powder though. Might get some soap nuts

I ONLY use eco products for cleaning & washing.....or I make my own Also since I was a teenager I've only ever used cruelty-free make up and to be really anal I also only buy from companies that don't test on animals and who don't have a morally corrupt approach to their workers or to the environment. For me it comes down to cost effectiveness and price. I've tried some dishwasher stuff that was ecofriendly and half my dishes don't come out clean so I won't try that again for a long time cause its just a waste of money for me.
I find DH's clothes don't smell totally clean with eco laundry powder so we just use surf which is cheaper anyway and at least his clothes smell much cleaner. We did use ecostore for nappies etc though If I find a product that doesn't cost loads more and it actually works as well as normal stuff then I get it. |

I like to use eco product, but I do struggle to find ones that work effectively. I've been using eco store laundry powder for sometime, but just recently have noticed its not cleaning as well as it used to. All of our cleaning products have been replaced with eco ones as they've run out - those are all working a treat 
Also I'm looking for a shampoo, and for my hair I've discovered I'm looking for the least harmful chemicals rather than a super eco friendly product as they just don't clean my hair. -------------

I dont cos they are too expensive..and the ones I have tried sucked.
I use dettol diluted in a spray bottle for my benches etc and just normal brands for everything else, I use Amway washing powder and their bleach stuff for colours(its lime napisan). ------------- |

I use baking powder and white vinegar for pretty much all our cleaning and eco store baby care stuff (but only when its on special, its last quite a while but atm I cant stand the smell of the shampoo.. darn pg)..
I have not found a washing powder that cleans DH shirts so the armpits dont smell so still using persil for clothes... I use morning fresh for dishes because its so ecomical.... -------------

I currenlty use Greenworks spray and wipe (its great stuff. Awesome for cleaning windows) and Eco Store dishwashing liquid, washing liquid, and baby products. Altho looking for an alternative for the washing liquid (as in clothes washing) cause it's got a real nasty smell. After doing a wash, our laundry stinks! -------------

i brought a bottle of natural stuff from Bin Inn, its 6.60 fro 1Litre, its bright blue and it uses 2-3 capfulls (a tiny cap) per load. i havent tried it yet but i figure its going to last ages and if im allergic (i have to use persil sensitive) then my flatmate can use it, but being all natural i shouldnt be allergic |
