hey girls, I've just taken a quick card test (af was due on wednesday) and it came up with a faint 2nd line. What I was wondering is, do evap lines fade?? Because the 2nd line is still there and it was taken over an hour ago, oh and I forgot to say I read the test at 10mins. -------------

Can you try a different brand? is the line pink? Quickcard are bad for evaps, but they normally look more...brown/tan in colour and not pink.
Id take another brand and see what you get :) ------------- |

Yep Im with Sheza...if you can, try another brand of test. I am now also very wary of any test where I can't see a line before 5 mins. If it took til the 10min mark to come up then I would lean towards it being an evap.

I took a first response test and the line came up really quickly so I'm thinking that I am utd. I also just had a blood test done and I'll get the results early this avo so we'll see what that says. Thanks for the advice. -------------

No we weren't actively trying. Just got bloods back and my hcg levels are so that's a positive. I think I'm still in shock and I have so much going through my head about what we will need etc.
How do you find the close age gap Sheza?? -------------

Its not too bad most of the time, some days I go mental but I thinkt hats just normal for having a baby and a toddler.

Most of the time I think man you are brave (or mad ) but there is a small part of me that is a tiny bit jealous that I will never be sharing another pregnancy in here -------------

This will be my last pregnancy and I must say the memories of a hot sticky summer are coming flooding back, plus not being able to walk properly oh and the horrible ms -------------
