and loads if it. You'd think it was posset but no its just ALOT of dribble. Please tell me she's not going to get teeth early. Is it normal to have a drooly baby. Ryan was never like this. I need some bibs small enough for her neck.

Cooper has been really dribbly from about 2 months too. Just before 3 months a wee small white dot poked through a little bit on his bottom gum, but still no actual tooth yet. The dribbling is still pretty bad, but not as bad as those few weeks initially.

I hope she isn't teething just yet, for your sake

Lily dribbles too, although some days more than others! And she's really sucking on everything in site, but was told 'it's too early for teething' and that she isn't time will tell I guess!

Some kids just dribble more, some it's only when teething, some dribble for reflux, & some dribble cause they like blowing bubbles lots

I think Silly billyz have neck bibs, I've seen them in Baby Factory anyway.

Riley drools/dribbles constantly. there are 3 tiny white dots (2 almost look connected) on his bottom gum but ive been told "its too early" aswell. will ask plunket nurse today. he chews his dummy/bottle teats aswell. he has only been dribbling for about 2 weeks though.

Same here!!

Nina started drooling about a week ago and chews everything in sight (feeding time is getting a bit of a nightmare) and yesterday the Osteopath noticed her bottom gums are very swollen!

Not sure what to do.....

Kahlia - Please let me know what Plunket tells you! I'm not seeing them till next week.

Silly billyz do a great dribble bib and mum2mum do a bandana one. They fit around a Newborns neck as we have some and used them from early on as we get some really dribbly days, it started at about 2/3 months.

ETA we still have no teeth!

Babies can be born with teeth. So I don't think its notto early. but no way do I want teeth this early.

Hate sillybillyz bib. II forgot about the mum2mum infant bibs. Might have to get some of those.

She blows bubbles alot its funny.

Chelsea started dribbling and chewing on things from 2-3 months as well, and we were told by everyone who saw her "she's definitely teething!". She got her 1st tooth two days before she turned 1!! So hopefully in your case the dribbling turns out to not be teething too

Yeah the Mum2Mum bibs are the only ones small enough to catch my boys dribble properly at the moment. I love those bibs

there are some great bandana bibs that are shaped to fit around bub's neck. with cotton on top, and fleece underneath. Cotton absorbs and the fleece keeps their clothes dry. IYKWIM.

DS was a very dribbly baby around 3-4mths. I used to call him Mr Dribbles
Don't know when it slowed down, but no teeth till 8mths +

My little man has started dribbling heaps aswell. I bought one of the bandana bibs, and they are so simple I made a few. They only cost about $2 to make with the cotton and fleece and work really well.

How can it be too early when some babies are born with teeth?
My ex SIL's son cut his first 2 teeth at about 4 months, but its not unheard of to be earlier, just not common

My guess would be wait and see

Have you considered getting an amber teething necklace for her to see if it helps the dribble - cant hurt?? It made a huge difference to DS when he was around 2 / 3mths, didnt get his first tooth for some months after that.
