Ok, I need some help pureeing food. I'm currently using our food processor but I did meat in it the other day and it was too "bitty" for Jaxon's liking. I've thought about trying a blender or maybe one of those hand held things.
What does everyone else use?

i used a stick blender... but if you have enough liquid then a masher could possibly do just as well...

For meat I've always used a magic bullet I borrowed from a friend just make sure you have enough liquid other wise things don't puree properly. I'm lucky enough that by 6months DD was eating chunky bits though

A whizz stick. I love it (have just made pumpkin soup with it!).

I use a stick blender for puree and a mini food processer for chunkier foods.

We use a stick blender as well...have one of the old fashioned food mills (moulie???) but it was soooooo slow and not at all efficient!! It took us over 2 hours to do one lot of food, so the next lot we did with the stick blender We do sometimes just use the potato masher as well, depending on how soft the food is (carrots and a potato masher aren't a good mix).

I third the Magic Bullet - quick and easy and also great for the one-person smoothies!! (no need to use a big jug for just one person).
