Okay so 7 month old DS isn't a great feeder (bottle or food) but we are having some success with BLW. Today he ate avocado and marmite on toast!!! and yesterday he grabbed a savoury muffin and had a bite or two.
So what I want to know is, how does the egg white thing work? Can I not give him any baking/products that contain egg? |

Apparently plunket have now changed the guidelines regarding egg whites. from 6 months is fine unless there is allergies. It is assumed that they are eating it anyway in baking... -------------
