So I *think* I am about 11dpo...and have done quite a few (!) IC and had what looks like 2 BFPs...all the rest are BFN, even from the same collected wee! NOw I've done 2 Clearblue midstream HPTs (except I collected sample in cup)...last nights was BFN, but this morning there is a faint line. Grrr. This mornings test immediately came up with what looked like an evap line...as soon as the pee hit it It's possible I"m 9dpo, and its also possible I'm 14dpo...altho thats more unlikely. I haven't been charting, just watching cm. SO my assumption of 11dpo is based on all my history averages of charting. That would make me 11dpo now and my LP is usually 10-12 days long. Sigh. Nothing much to do but wait. Doesn't feel like AF on way tho but then I don't feel overly pg either. -------------   http://lilypie.com" rel="nofollow">

I hate those tests more than any! From my experience you can always see where the line should be...like a clearish greyish line... hard to explain.... Is there any colour to it? Can you get a first response or even better a discover? have you done an IC today? ------------- mum to 3 lovely girls :D |

Freckle- I"ve run out of IC  lol and yeah yesterdays clearblue was weird...def a BFN, no second line or anything but this morning there was a faint one. Todays one I did the line came up straight away but I can't see any colour to it so am taking it to be an evap. I'm just annoyed cos it shouldn't do that as soon as you wee on it?!! I feel like I can imagine a line on the CB, but too hard to tell from the photo... Ok will just have a shower (yeah yeah) get dressed, have breakie, etc so let me know what time suits you -------------

Clearblue gave me what appears to be either the quickest and most misleading evap , or false positive , this is it , here the line is still dark blue and still thick , but im not UTD , so my advice would be to steer clear from any blue dye tests, after reading up about them they are less reliable than the pink dyes  -------------

OK so Emmi came over and we had a lovely chat and I poas (a Discover that she kindly bought me) lol...and BFN However Emmi also saw at least 2 of the lines on the IC and thinks (I think) she saw the lines on the clearblue too but I assume they are evaps as Discover is the best (isn't it?) and that was BFN. yeah , Discover is meant to be the best one , most sensitive etc, as you can see from my pic (which doesn't even pick up how blue the line was , and still is, clear blue can be misleading , I only trust cb if I get BFP with other tests after it now )

How exciting!! I agree that the top one is a line - I think darker than my first line. I thought the motto was "a line is a line". But if you're only 9DPO then maybe just some of them aren't showing up yet. I always thought that too, until my very misleading whatever it was clearblue , but I think if you get a faint line with a pink dye one its a pretty good indicator you are utd , cos usually an evap on a pink dye will be clear and ghostlike . And 9dpo is pretty early ! -------------

lol I just got a blood test now...will probably come back saying I've never been less pg lol. But then why would AF be so late? I spilt water on my test from this morning while Clodagh and I were brushing our teeth...grr so now the test is all munted but you can still see a solid line when you hold it up to the light. And compared to the blaring evap I got on FR yesterday morning, it's totally solid. So I guess that's something.... Freckle what do you think? Could you see a line too? Also If I AM only 12 dpo not 14 then the wee spermies would have to have survived cos we BD cd18, I think I ov cd19, but yeah could just as easily have been cd 20 or 21..... ------------- http://lilypie.com" rel="nofollow">

I had the same thing a month or so ago Emmecat, its frustrating not knowing one way or another .
I got to the point where I just didn't care and just wanted to know ,when I finally got my AF (a week late ) I actually said " yes ! " (that wore off quickly tho ) FX for you its the more fun result ,..I think it will be -------------

But I could definetly see a line, and in all the tests I did , apart from the false pos at the start , I NEVER saw a line , so I think your chances are pretty good -------------

I almsot suggested that... but then thought, well your just going to stare at them, and analise and not be any closer to knowing!
Although that is no fun, so maybe get a pack, do one tonight, one tomorrow with FMU and then save the 3rd JIC there is a light line or something else so you need to pee on another stick
Of course I wouldnt dare tell a possibly pg woman what to do with her sticks! -------------

Can I just say please lay off the nurse! I know everyone wants a call back but when you have 20 people to call with results plus everthing else like jabs and dressings and stuff, non life threatening phone calls (no comment on the sanity threatening lol) go to the bottom of the list. Trust me I know!!!!!! I know you guys were kidding but as a nurse when you get home from a crazy busy day and you remember at like 10.30 at night that you promised to call someone back, you feel really guilty esp if it's something important like a pregnancy test! Hehe yep yep I sure can! Don't worry i remember my first tests with lexie and I tested at like 9DPO and DF thought I was a bit nuts screaming and crying coz I could see a line and it was as faint as anything! I'm sure you will be getting good news from the nurse tomorrow!! -------------

Yeah Angie you're right actually...altho I did get a nice strong result on FR at about 16dpo with Clodagh...the problem si i'm not 100% sure how many dpo I am atm...it'll be likely 12-14 (no more than that though). Won't add a ticker till I hear my BT results from the nurse cos I feel like I'll jinx it and or this BFP was in fact an instantainious evap or something altho the line is light pink. ------------- http://lilypie.com" rel="nofollow">

My SIL used the same ones in your pics and her bfn had not a trace of anything i really rely on these tests, if its there then your so utd! ETA: Edit to add i see the line too -------------
