The Open Polytechnic or Massey. I'm doing a Bachelor of Business Studies through Massey at the moment, majoring in Valuation and Property Management - my background is in commercial and property law and insurance, and I wanted to extend on that knowledge. I think you also need to do a real estate salesperson's course in order to work for a real estate firm doing property management, but don't quote me on that.

You don't actually need any formal qualifications to do property management, a good understanding of the residential tenancy act is a must.
Either Open Polytech or Massey offer programmes in Property Management.

If you want to know about Massey I can tell you about it in PM if you want.
