Hey there,

I always had regular periods and was only diagnosed with PCOS because of pain. I was sent for a scan and it turns out that I actually have PCOS.

Even though I was having regular periods I was only ovulating every second cycle as one ovary was really bad.

In saying that I managed to conceive 1st month trying with #1 and second month with #2. I think most of that was to do with the fact that I was charting with #1 so knew what was going one.

My periods became really erratic after #1 and are still like that now so there is a chance that you will develop irregular periods at some point.

Re: the weight loss thing - it is super hard to lose weight with PCOS but I recommend the book PCOS Diet book (Collette Harris) as a good starting point.
Any questions feel free to ask.
