well miss Adele has has spots all over her face - she looks like she is going through puberty!
now they look like wee pimples, they started on her cheeks, and now they are on her forehead down her nose, in her hair, her ears and when I changed her this morning I noticed them around her boobs - mostly just around one

are these all still milk stops? hubby thinks its all my doing and apparently I'm still hormonal?

help please, I just want to know if these sound normal or if I should get her checked out

(those that know/dont know - Aidan has chicken pox so thought it might be that too but they look nothing like his spots)

Ill try to take a couple of photos when she wakes

ohh and she was 3 weeks old on tuesday

here is one taken a couple of days ago, they are getting worse though

They might be hormone spots. DD had them for weeks and looked just like pimples all over her face. Although I've never seen milk spots, so wouldn't know. They sound like hormone spots to me though, in which case is quite normal, just not very attractive

is it more a female thing, cause I don't recall the boys having them! they had a few milk spots but they cleared after a couple of days.

Sounds like hormone spots to me. DD had them for a few weeks from around Adele's age. But if they could be chicken pox it might be worth checking with a doc?

I hope you are coping ok - a newborn and a preschooler with chickenpox must be hard work

Isabella was covered in those spots for quite a few weeks, they are normal and will go away once all the hormones settle.
Bella had them all down her chest and back and her poor lil face was covered, she was way worse than caden was.

i cant see the pic but they could be hormone spots which start about 3 weeks old and are very normal. It might be a heat rash too... poor toby looked terrible cause he had heat rash and hormone spots at the same time. Your mw should be able to tell you too.

If it were me I'd get them checked - I'd rather feel like a complete twit at the drs than feel guilty if it was by some small chance chicken pox.

I haven't seen the mw since last monday and because of Aidan having the chicken pox I don't know when or if we will see her again.

Ill ring the doctors and make an appointment.

Yes, definitely milk spots or hormon spots. Leisha has them too. Mainly on her face but also at other places on her body. My older one, Alani had them too. They disappear without doing anything after about two weeks.

Yeah, they look like hormone spots to me.   Jamie had them really badly from about 3-6 weeks, but they started to clear after that.    Sam had a few when he was little, but he was a winter baby and Jamie was a summer baby, so probably heat related too.

Im with everyone else, they look like hormone spots, Riley has them too, heaps of them on his cheeks, I remember both my other two having them but not so many so I guess some kids get them worse than others.
