lol I have to wonder sometimes if she waits for Mama to change her before she decides to go!

Lol you are not alone. It just feels so much nicer to poo in a clean nappy. LOL

That's Hannah's trick, too!
She almost always poos at nap time - right after i've put a clean nappy on her.
Some days I try to outwit her and put her down without changing her nappy (knowing that within 5 minutes she'll poo) - but she doesn't!
So I wait for her to be completely asleep and I'll put a clean one on her..... only for her to poo in her sleep 5 minutes later

LMAO. Sorry but I read this and couldn't help but wonder if this comment came from your own personal experience.

No Emmecat you're not alone, Mac does it too. And then be proceeds to smile and laugh at me.

Sam does this and even if he doesn't really need to poo, he will have a little bit stored away to squeeze out just so he can get out of bed.

almost every night without fail about 1 hour after Megan has gone to bed...she will call out "poo stinky nappy" arghh this is despite us getting her to go to the toilet before we get her into her nappy and jammies

Oh gosh I so hear you!  Brooke did it twice in one nappy change once.  Three nappies later we had finally succeeded in a clean botty!

BOTH mine will reliably poo when I try to use a cloth nappy at night....especially if its brand new and I am dying to see if it works

Another weird one...Tom is TTing and if I put a nappy on him he will hold on and I can get him to do all his wees in the loo....one nappy will last all day and be dry and clean at bath time. Undies....different story. We average 3 undies an hour. Whats with that???

LOL must be something about a nice fresh nappy... I find it annoying when he stores it up and will do 3 little poos close together but far enough apart that you have to change each one... he did that today and then 2 hours later did the same sequence again

yupe - Ryan seems to like to wait until he is in a fresh nappy before he has his poo for the day - must need it to be all fresh and roomy for him or something!

Joseph used to do this a lot but not so often now.

It was mostly if I changed him close to feeding time or instantly the clean nappy was on after a bath.

I think those were just the times he was most relaxed and comfortable.
