Just had a look on TM and there are a couple of people selling them, one auction for $90 for both red and black and the other is $30 for one.
I've seen the ad a few times but the chick demonstrating them really peeves me off lol.
ETA: I've just found another who said she paid $130 plus freight for one dress. There appears to be a few on trademe

the ad is usually on the tvnz/goodmorning website, i just had a look and they have all yesterdays ones on there so the dress one will be on tomorrow i suppose. you need to click the bit up the top that says advertorials.
it doesn't actually say how much it is in the ad, but if you buy the red one you get the black one for 50% off or something like that.

I've seen the ad and it always makes me think I'd like one. But I've learnt that if something sounds too good to be true, then it probably ist!
I think it would feel like you are always wearing the same thing even though you wear it different ways. Would love to hear from someone who actually has one.

ive got one but a different brand. mine is black and was $390 BUT a gift
it is amazing in that it can be so many different styles. but to be honest, its my wedding dress wear it one way to the ceremony then change it for the reception.
only downside is it comes undone quite easily and my DPs darling friends had great fun in undoing it until i gave up redoing it
the one major downside is if your doing it up on your own - unless you have monkey arms you will struggle to get the back all nice and tidy and flat and perfect.
my little short arms mean i need someone to help me for the different harder styles.

Ooooo I ordered a sarah dress last week. I told myself if it was under $150 I would buy it as that's what I thought it was worth, turned out to be $134, so was quite pleased with that! Also got free thin lizzy with it!
Am looking forward to its arrival this week. Now I have to find some boots so i can wear it to a wedding in a couple of weeks.

That's quite a good price jax - did you buy any of the accessories ie brooches to go with it? I have been really tempted to buy one but I prefer to try clothes on before buying them as I am inbetween sizes! Let us know what you think when it arrives!

They didn't offer me any accessories, I think you actually get a broach with it. You get the black and red dress for that price too, so I thought it was a really good deal.
I like to try clothes on too, but you can send it back for a different size if it's not right. You can also send it back for a refund if you don't like it. So can't really go wrong.

It seems so expensive for what it is, as it looks awfully similar to the Infinity Dress which you can make really easily: http://rowena.typepad.com/rostitchery/infinity-dress.html - Infinity Dress
I made one for my brother's wedding, and cost me less than $20 in fabric (yay for spotlight sales).
Lots of people have made copies on the http://www.craftster.org/ - Craftster forums.
If you can sew, or know someone who can, I would deinitely recommend trying this as its super easy, cheap and has been GREAT in my pregnancy!

Ooh that looks like fun! One seam might just be simple enough for me too, if I read the instructions VERY carefully
