i had no probs with my pelvic floor muscles so cant help personally but i have had friends swear by them -------------

I have those but um didn't buy them for that purpose...
Anyway they are great and a friend of mine got some for that purpose and she likes them but found they fall out sometimes. You can pick them up a lot cheaper (like $10ish) from sex shops. |

I haven't used them but I know of women on another forum who have used them and found them good. So to speak
