Has anyone had one of these?

What are they like? From what I read on google, they are like a smear.

I am squeamish so will it be 'that' horrible?

I have been told I can have a local anaesthetic if required - YES PLEASE!

I had a biospy after a dodgy smear a couple of years ago and it wasn't sore at all, felt like a tiny scratch and bleed a bit afterwards.

My credit card hurt paying for it though

OK on investigation.. I would be taking the local hun... personally that would be extremely uncomfortable.. bordering on quite painful for me so if you too have a sensitive cervix ... local!

Cost is only a couple of hundy so that's not so bad.

But looks like a change of plan now, I might not be getting one done, the drugs I need for NKC's are so general that even my GP could prescribe them, so we are just putting the $$$ into cycle monitoring instead. Specialist said the biopsy won't be conclusive so why bother - we agree!

PHEW
