I think you'd be perfectly safe feeding one every day (7 eggs), and I can't think of any reason to not feed her more then that (unless you have allergies in the family I *think* if there's a chance of allergies too many eggs is a bad thing...)

Mine quite often have eggs 3-4 times a week in various forms.....quick and easy and they both eat it, even as an omlette with veg in as well!

Eggs are my "back-up" food if the lady is being fussy.
She'll have maybe 2-3 a week as an omlette/scrambled/hard boiled.
And I'll often chuck some sliced up omlette in to a stif-fry to make it a bit more interesting (especially if she picks around the veges).
Eggs are a complete source of nutrients, so unless there's an allergy I'd say one a day is fairly acceptable.

Yep, Callum has a scrambled egg for tea or lunch a couple of times a week (usually with toast) plus he eats quiche or fried rice with egg whenever we have it as well. Scrambled egg is very popular here!

When we were on holiday (and having buffet breakkie every morning) C shared an omelette with veges with me every morning too.
