most of you probably know this- but I thought I would share my god send- sea bands for motion sickness are keeping me sane!
I am 7.5wks and have expereinced nausea since week 4. I the last couple of weeks it has turned into a car sickess feeling.. all day and in waves. I read that sea bands for motion sickness help with morning sickness so I bought some and they changed my life! You have to find the right spot.. i.e in between tendons in your wrist and about 2 .5 fingers down from wrist fold. Once you find the spot it's magic!!
My doc gave me Metaclopramide for nausea and vomiting. which is effiective for the normal nausea... but just not the car sickness feeling I have had which has been very intense.. even get the weak limbs and headache as if i am travelling in a car?!!

Yep loved the sea bands here. I had marks for a long while after I took them off. I was too scared to take them off until I was past 14 weeks though!

I also found them great! I get sea sick and have used them for a while when I go diving (yes I even get sea sick UNDER the water!)

They are DEFINITELY helping.
I had some advice not to wear them all of the time as your body may adjust to having them on. Advice was from physio who I've had some acupuncture for, specificially for my ms. She suggested I might like to try them.
