I am measuring a week ahead on my 20w anatomy scan...I know it is ahead as the dating scans earlier confirmed my due date...does this mean I might have a big baby ... or is he just going through a growth spurt?

Not sure but I did the same. The sonographer said the earlier scans are more accurate for dates unless you are measuring more than 10 days ahead.

I think sometime it can just mean your baby might be long/tall.

I don't think measuring ahead necessarily means a big baby. I measured about 1 week - 10 days ahead at my 12 and 20 week scans (had dating scan at 7 weeks) and had a 7lb, 1oz baby who arrived 8 days early!
