Does anyone have a natural alternative for hayfever since im not allowed hayfever pills while TTC.

My hayfever is now driving me crazy and i have a huge pile of assignments that i should do but cant coz of my head nose and eyes

I have already tried salty water but it didnt really work, just made my nose worse

Garlic, Horseradish and C Complex (its all in one capsule) is what my DH takes and it works really well. Im not too sure if its ok to take while PG though so just ask if you buy it.

Hi Jem... nettle leaf tea or capsules.  It is good for asthma as well...

Thanks I have found that the majority of natural/ herbal remedies aren't reccommended for those who are pregs. so decided last night that i will go to the doc on wed to see what she says coz i really need to do something about it. i have been suffering for to long now and now that we are getting to the business end of the course i cant afford to let hayfever get in the way any more
