I have had a lot of clients with arthritis who swear by them but have had others who have had no response. I think if it works go for it, but not when pregnant as it is not recommended. I had one lady who hadn't slept a full night due to pain for about 10 years, bought one and slept like a baby. No pain! She was over the moon. We can all relate to the joys of sleep!

We have one but we took it off our bed due to the warning even before we conceived. DH reckons he gets a better night's sleep with it (he has a lumbar bulge). I don't notice any different but there's nothing wrong with me so I guess I wouldn't.
