So Alex is almost 7 weeks and up until Monday was managing a longer stretch first sleep at night - either 4 or 5 hours or so.

Since Monday, he's up 3 hourly. Any ideas on how to get back to a bit more of a longer sleep at night?

Mine did the same at that age and was a bit of a growth spurt - needed to feed more often

For my bubba it passed within a week or so

Will probably happen again around 12 weeks too ..

  • Feeding him more during the day
  • Putting him down later
  • Dream feed him
