sorry dont know what they are called but i want something to protect/cover the rails on Rory's cot so he doesn't bite them and leave teeth marks in them. For when i release him out of his saftey sleep, as he loves practicing his new trick of standing up and anything within mouth height gets a good chomping lol where do i get them from or what has everybody used?

I dont know how you would protect the ends, but the sides you can buy soft padded covers, Babycity have them (Babyfirst make them), or ive seen them on TM a lady custom makes them.

Touchwood also sell them but had run out until the end of this month. I'm glad I didn't buy them though because Lily only did this for about a month and when she does occasionally do it now, she does it to the ends. We figured we will just sand it to tidy up once shes out of the cot.
