I am getting migraines quite regularly. As it seems Panadol is the only pain killer you can take during pregnancy. Do any of you have experiences with other pain killers? Panadol doesn't help a bit with migraines

The best thing would be to call your midwife or doctor and ask their advice, as you do have to be very careful what you take, especially in very early pregnancy. I know you cant take disprin or anything as I think it thins the blood, and nurofen is a no go as well.
I know my MW has always said to me, panadol and thats it, but it would definitely pay to check with your doc or MW.
