im gonna start expressing one feed a day but i have no idea how much to give a newborn...........aparently she is drinking roughly 250ml now due to my milk pouring out so how much should a baby be taking?

I usually express 150ml first thing in the morning and another 80-100ml after she is put to bed (around 7-8pm) I breastfeed on demand though so sometimes she feeds every hour or could go 3 hours between feeds, so the amount does vary. Maybe just start with whatever you're able to express and top up with a breastfeed if she wants more. Every babe is different so you'll soon see how much on average she is drinking at each feed...

Hope that made sense!
