We started one bottle feed at four months .. im not sure of the exact time you can start though .. I wanted to make sure she was in a good routine before we started playing with her feeds

Make make make sure baby is in a good feeding routine before you do this and make sure you express then anyway so as not to muck up your supply.

I was told after 2 weeks, but Nova was given her first EBM at around 5 days. I just felt like we had a handle of things, feeding was well established so I thought why not? She has had a bottle nearly everyday since. Just go for it when you feel like doing it

I had heard to try and delay it until after 6 weeks.
