When did you return to work after baby and was it a good time? I have to decide when to return to work and an thinking of staging it: 6 July, 20 hrs/week, then 20 July, 30 hrs/week. Going up to 37.5 hours tops but that would just be when we feel up to it.

I was supposed to return in two weeks time, when Mika is 4 months. But I couldn't handle the idea, so I've extended my leave until mid August, when she'll be 6 months.
Then I'm supposed to go back 3 days a week, but now I'm considering cutting it down to 2.
Never thought I would find it so hard to return to work once she was born.

With Gina I went back to work at 3 months, 2 days at work and 1 day work from home (24hr). I increased that to 3 days at work, 1 home (32hr) after a few months and while pregnant
With Emma I went back to work at about 3 months too about the same hours as above. I increased to 100% (40hr/wk) when Emma turned 1.
Both times it worked out fine for us. Good luck

That sounds good esp if DH was at home. With DS1 I went back when he was 3 months. With DS2 I was suppose to go back when he was six months but decided to go back when he was five months and worked four days a week. Was going to do that for a month but it worked so well for us I kept it as that. I found it so much easier with DS2 being just that bit older. Good luck!
