Well Finley has been having the 'fresh n fruity' babys first yoghurts for about a month, but we have no issues with dairy in our history.

I have also grated some cheese on his veg and mixed in a spoonful of cottage cheese with some veg, and no issues at all.

he now has some yog most days.

I gather everything must be full fat, nothing skimmed. But the fresh and fruit baby yogs are good (plus I love them)

I started Caden on normal cheese, we usually by edam so he just has that, and for the yohurt he has fresh n fruity ones etc, he REALLY loves the dulux ones, with custard apricot etc.
When Im ahving a chocolate dairyfood one he will have a few teaspoons of that but I dont want him getting too much of a sweet tooth lol.
