I'm feeling a bit wrung out on day 3 of what seems to be a growth spurt. DS is up every 4 hours at night for a feed.

Would it affect my breastmilk supply if we gave him a bottle of formula before bedtime? He's never had it before.

Reason I ask is I'm curious whether it would keep him sleeping for a bit longer to get my reserves up again. He's on three meals a day and has a good appetite for those at the moment too.

I'd be more inclined to try offering him a bit more food through the day whether that be bf or solids.
It wouldn't affect you milk supply if you gave him the odd FB but he should be able to get what he needs through the day now so I would be trying to get him to do that too.
I hope he settles down for you soon so you can get that much needed sleep.
