Hi guys, I am 6 weeks after DNC and still no sign of AF and I am starting to think I might be pregnant as we did have unprotected sex.I know - stupid.
I am freaking out a little because I read somewhere there is a slightly higher MC risk in first cycle after DNC. Do you guys know anything about it? I want to take a test but think it might be too soon and I am kinda scared to find out. |

Sometimes it can take up to 8 weeks to get AF back after a D&C. I didnt have that problem and got it again 28 days later. You should definitely do a HPT because it is also very likely you may be pg again.

Firstly don't worry - my dr told me if your body wasn't ready it wouldn't have happened. Have to say I really didn't expect to fall pregnant straight away - it took so long the first time it was one hell of a suprise!
My cycle after a natural MC was 6 weeks long - but anything from 4-8weeks is normal. You will be worrying about this until you go buy a HPT or if you have a good GP maybe they'll organise a blood test. HUGS - let me know if you need anything. ------------- http://lilypie.com">

I fell pregnant straight after MC (but didnt have D&C). No problems with the pregnancy and he is having tummy time beside me now

My AF came back after 7 weeks and I conceived in the next cycle. I'd wait a bit longer. -------------  |
