Finely slice up garlic and steep in runny honey for 4 hours. Take a tsp whenever you want.
Torpedo Drink - burns the butt over the cold/flu virus
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Cloves (whole or crushed)
1/2 - 1 tsp Cinnamon
Honey to taste
Boiling water
Take it last thing at night and you should feel improved by morning. Take it through the day too.
Simmer a big sliced up onion in milk until tender - about an hour - then eat the softened onion and drink the hot milk. The onion is surprisingly palatable after being soaked in the milk!
Hot honey and lemon drinks with ginger and/or cinnamon is an oldie but a goody.
Olbas oil on the chest, throat, back and botoom of the feet is great and so is a hot mustard footbath - especially right before bed!
Gargle sage tea or Thyme tea or hot water and lemon ot even gargle abit of hydrogen peroxide! Hot peppermint tea or Lemon Balm tea is also good for you especially if you've got abit of a temp.
