I've decided to make this thread, purely so I don't have to complain on other threads
feel free to make use of it !

My friend is acting like a grumpy old mare because I didn't call her early enough, never mind that I had an overtired child to get to bed tonight , now she isn't returning my texts, so meh to her .

my bottom hurts, anyone know how to tell if you have piles ?

and last but not least, apparently " can you load the dishwasher " appears to my DH as " please sit watching tv and do nothing "

anything major, or minor , bothering you that you want to get off your chest ? feel free , its fun !

If you feel anything like a lump or something by your exit area then most probaly a pile....Dont strain to much and dont sit on anything cold like concrete, drink lots of water and try not to get constipated, have a nice warm bath & keep the area clean, use baby wipes if you have to LOL...If it is a pile get some anusol or proctosydel(sp)...

The cream works really well! Can see where this threads going when discussion leads to bottoms.

I don't have much to complain about, only starting to feel a bit sorry for myself, now that we've finally decided to TTC and we're living apart during the week.

Damn recession!

DF was on the computer playing that stupid WOW game from the time he got up till after midnight. The only times he got off was to eat and when I dragged him out to pick up the bassinet. Then he got up this morning and guess what he did straight away? Yeah, stupid WOW.

Now hes watching the James Bond DVD he got out yesterday that he should have watched last night.

My rant today is that the neighbour has a tree that has fruit on it (little yellow ones) and they keep falling on our driveway and when I drive down they squish all over my tyres and up the door! We have been cleaning all the fruit up every few days but we would have to do it every day to keep them all away and I don't have time

I have a vent.

DHs grandmother and Aunt bought his cousin a wedding dress off trademe for her upcoming day. They decided to show it to me before showing her. It was from the 70s-80s, big puffy shoulders, a big bow and lace right up to the neck.
My face must have dropped because they turned to me and said "WHATS YOUR PROBLEM KYLIe!!!! DONT YOU LIKE IT?!!!!!!!" and I said "Oh, its just a bit old fashioned, not my thing but im sure she will love it."
They replied "Yes well, she certainly wont want to be showing her shoulders like YOU did on your wedding day" Jeepers, sorry for being in fashion folks!

Then, his grandmother calls DH to say "Oh, well x has seen the dress and she LOVES it, so I dont know what Kylies problem was" Grrrrr..... ILs suck!

Eek Kylie!  That dress sounds horrid!  I would've dropped my jaw too when I saw it!  And WHO buys some ELSE'S their wedding dress??!!!!

My complaint?  My 19 month old son knows how to grease me!!  Just now he was standing on the table which the t.v is on, so when I told him off and went to get him, he gives me this cheesy grin and when I picked him up and gave me the biggest snuggle!  Aww, how can I be angry at that?!?!

Aaaannnnd, I have a sore lower back, and crampy tummy, and a bit of a headace.

Amber could you ring your local SPCA and pretend to be a 'concerned' neighbour about the condition/welfare of the cats maybe?

oh Kylie sounds like that dress is right up her alley then

We rung the SPCA when we had the problem with the last neighbour and her 18 cats and the SPCA said "well what are we meant to do with 18 cats?? as long as shes taking care of them!" well that neighbour and this new 11 cats neighbour do look after them because they look lovely and healthy BUT both ladies wont let people go into their houses claiming "its not smelling so good because of the animals"....eewwww surely thats a human health issue!!!...

In fact all this moaning im doing is egging myself on and im really going to dig into it tommorow to see what i can do.

Daisy sorry to hear you are feeling crappy - just gonna send you some hugs.

My rant is over people with loads of kids, telling you what NOT to do with your child. Just today we had DH's uncle round and he had lots to say.

He has 4 kids, and everytime he comes round he tells us we need to be noisier so Finley gets used to noise, but its just me and DH in the house so why would we be noisy.

He says not to use a dummy, not to let him suck his thumb oh and told me off for going to pick him up when he woke from his nap.

Now don't get me wrong, I love having people to ask who have kids and can help, but its the random comments I can do without.

Eeeuw yeah Kylie IL's can be such a PITA! Who on earth lets someone buy them a wedding dress that they haven't even seen?????? Oooh you little slut lol showing your shoulders horrifying
(ETA can I say slut? I'm joking btw!!)

I currently have a torn rotator cuff (basically farked shoulder) and I did all the housework today cleaned up and DH just sat on the couch and played his Tiger Woods game on PS3. I asked him to put the rubbish out and he didn't so I ended up doing it, when he heard me doing that, he came out and said "I was just going to do it" PFFT...and then after that had to pop some Paradex...and have been sore ever since.

I think he might be redeeming himself, he's going to get me Butter Chicken for dinner!... He's still lazy though

I am sick to death of going through the toes or a ladder starting in the gusset of them. What a great way of getting all those niggly annoying things off our chests. Here goes
Went to a late lunch at Mil's yesterday, Isobelle was supposed to be sleeping and I directly asked them not to wake her so what did they do? They woke her up Then got home to find DH's dad had bought us a hare that he shot. DH left the bloody dead carcass sitting on my kitchen bench for about 2 hours, so gross
Isobelle cried for 3 hours straight today. It was pouring with rain and I had to go out and my only pair of clean pants got soaking wet.
But when I was feeling fed up and sad my darling little boy brought me his Bear to cuddle and gave me a big hug and kiss. He's such a loving, gentle soul. Then we spent the afternoon making popcorn and pretending to be aeroplanes!

The house is filthy - Little miss has a screaming fit if I turn it on, and then throws up everywhere. mmmm... more mess!!!!

My printer has stuffed it'self. I reckon Alia did something but DH said you were the one that printed last! Hmmmm

It worked when I used it & i didn't turn it off! So someone else did something and then turned it off!

They bought her a dress?? Ooohh.... I'm glad no-one pulled that one on me! I'd love to see it too!

Our neighbours have friends over and they've parked in our spot. As I don't want to be a push-over, I'm going to have to ask her not to let people park there. I hate things like that.

I also ate half a tub of ice-cream. And that's not a wee weight-watchers tub either. It tasted good, but now I feel slightly ill

Gosh, this thread came on the right day for me! I don't usually grizzle so much!

Cant even find a dress even NEAR what she bought her!!!

"Oh Kylie you should see it, its worth $699 and I only paid $35 for it." Yes, well, thats because its from 1985!!!!!!
She said she didnt care whether she liked it or not, because she doesnt have any daughters and this is the only chance she will get to do this sort of thing (This is her niece thats getting married) She also said the Husband to be is NOT allowed to wear the brown suit with pink shirt he is insisting on ewearing, and "How dare he not wear a tie to the event"
Event, by the way, is in the backyard so far. Which is fine, im not against that in any way, but for a backyard wedding its no wonder he doesnt want to wear a tie!?

She doesnt have any money to buy a dress anyway. Actually she probably thinks the dress is really neat!

And now I have to face them the next time I see them, just how do I explain WHY i didnt like it? WHY on earth do old people insist that old things are lovely?!

Tell them point blank that the dress is ugly and what you would expect someone to wear if we were still in 1985 and singing "material girl " in front of the mirror as we applied our hair gel and scrunchies and had Madonna blaring from the tape deck because noone has CD players yet .
Tell her its hideous and either the cousin is 1) scared to say what she really thinks 2) is obviously a bit "challenged" and its great she has found someone or 3) she clearly does love it , and she fits in well to the family .
Tell her your dress was better and didn't make you look like a meringue .

And if you cant tell her all of that , say it in your head , you'll feel a lot better ...

I just had a huge fight with my husband over (surprise surprise) step son, I hate his guts now and am so over this whole thing.

Firstly, he never does his one job, empty the dishwasher. and I refuse to do it, so the kitchen is often a pigsty by days end, so R ends up doing it. That causes a row cos I get bloody annyed with him doing SS jobs to "avoid a fight" cos then we end up arguing.

Tonight, SS stripped off all his clothes bas a pair of boxers and a singlet and left them inthe middle of the lounge floor. I asked him nicely, about 4 hours later to please pick them up, he palyed deaf s his father did it. That really set me off.

Then I did the stupid thing and said I am bloody well sick of living like this.

And asked him to choose his marrige or N. Well I did that after a spectacular fight onthursday night when SS said something very chauvanistic to me and there was an argument (and I was inthe wrong, like I always am, according to husband,) I reiterated this tonight. I know it is selfish, but I am just so bloody sick of living like this.

I am sick of Him catering to SS mood swings to avoid confrontation, which ends up with us arguing big time. Feels like we are being held hostage and manipulated big time. R dosen't see it like that tho.

So thats my vent. AM sleeping on couch tonight and will move into the trundle bed in jakes room tomorrow. I am serious this time. I am bloody angry.

Awww fats that sounds awful!! It sounds like that SS needs to go live elsewhere. Also your DH needs a kick up the backside for letting SS be contolling and manipulative!!

My vent of the day is i need a new car battery but cant afford one!! Why do they have to cost so much. Even a second hand one costs heaps! Its not fair. I now have to walk 10 mins to a bus stop in the morning with Kylah, bus her to daycare, then bus back to the bus stop i catch it at in the morning, walk ten mins home, wait for 30min and then bus to work. If i bus straight to work from daycare il be like an hour and a half early!!

Woe is me!

He is living with us full time, and has been for the past 6 months (of hell) Basically he did the same thing to his mothers marriage and she booted him out and there is nowhere else for him to go. He is still at school. R won't send him to any other family becasue apparntly thats just passing the problem onto someone else, obviously he would rather wreck his marriage then grow some balls and tell ss to pull his head in. R thinks I need to just suck it up and deal with it nd carry on like this, but Im not sure how much longer I am supposed to live like this for, its not healthy for myself or the children and not healthy for R eiother, being piggy in the middle.
SS is a manipulative little sh*t.
I am so unhappy and so need a vent.
I have felt like this for a long time, and was very very close to walking out a couple of months ago, but basically have no money no furniture no idea where to start. If I leave, I have to leave my car and all the "stuff" is R's. I don't care about material stuff, really, but need at least soem chairs and soem beds, so?
Then I am scared that if I leave I can't go back.
We have been having councelling through the courts, which has been good, but we used up all our sessions and things have gone on the slide since they finished. I emailed the councellour last night, late, after I posted here, so am waiting to hear what he has to say RE going back.
I do want my marriage to work, but its not going to work like this.
Argh. Vent over. Off to have a shower and sort kids out.
Kandice I hope you sort out your car issues soon.
Thanks for "listening" I think I have worn my friends ears off about this and feel I can't talk about it to them anymore.

Big hugs Fatartsrock I hope you get a reply from the counsellor. Sounds like things are really rough at home. Can you send him off to the army?

My vent, is DH woke me up at 11.30pm last night when he got home from work, to say "Oh so I have to make my OWN lunch do I?!"
Yes darling, you do, because you texted me earlier to say that you wouldnt need any because you had a course tommorow and they would feed you".
"Oh, did I?" he says. "Yes."
Then he storms off and makes his lunch, gets into bed and asks what my problem was. Hmm, you woke me up?! "No, I said "Kylie, are you awAke?"!
Well what the bloomin heck do you expect would happen when you said that in my ear buddy? That I would say "yes, Im asleep?!" grrrrrrr......

Ok my vent for today is that the bin man turned up dead on 7.30am i didn;'t have my bin out and wasn't about togo out in my nightie it was freezing out of bed. he has decided to come earlier because we live near a kindy on a crescent which and get quite congeste with people dropping off kids. this isn't my fault we have been here for 4 years why change now its not as if the kindy has just opened its been there for ages. The recycling vehicle seems to cope Ok so there is a simple solution make the vehicle smaller or do it when people aren't dropping off or picking up.

Got the fire going thanks DP but still taking ages and ages to warm everything and I've still gotta bake bread, wash the floors, get Jakes room ready (on a bright note hes home tonight YAYAYAY!!!!), stitch up some pjs and a rice bag, get the stew on and unload and load the dishwasher its too cold to do anything except sit directly in fron of the fire and moan to all of you!!!!

I watched a movie we recorded yesterday. Stupid film that was on Sunday night and guess what the ending never recorded. So now I wasted all that time and dont even know how the pathetic thing ends. I hate that.

Found out today what our c-section date is. Which is cool but now they decided if I go in labour beforehand that they will rather monitor and not do a c-section unless it is right in the beginning of labour. Yipee (not really). They did say we can discuss it if it happens. Another thing is they might not allow Grant in threatre if they have to put me under general (a really huge chance that might happen due to my back).

And Grant is totally devastated about it as he was there for McKayla although I was put under as well. I really hope he can be allowed in so at least one of the parents are there for Andrew when he is born.

What was the movie Smoody ? and what ? thats not fair, shouldn't what happens in your birth , if you go into labour before your elected date, be up to you , and therefore if wanting a c-section is what you want , shouldn't they respect that ?? you had quite a difficult birth with Mckayla didn't you ? have I read that somewhere ?

Babe, yeah , im still cold, was very difficult to get out of bed this morning , thank goodness I have slippers cos we have wooden floors and they are coooold .

I had a c-section with McKayla due to loads of medical issues and lets just say when she was out my Dr gave me one look and told me it is the best decision we could have made as we could have either lost her or me.

I just dont feel comfortable enough with the midwives that are looking after me at the moment to do a VBac. I rather go for a c-section and just be safer.

Movie: Some sort of thriller Sunday night about this boy that totally messed up his family but right in the end he made everyone believed that his Dad was hurting him ect but now I dont know if they actually caught this child out or if it was one of those open ended things that you never find out what happens. Blah was a bad movie to begin with.

What was the title ? lets google it , haha im curious now !

I think its really unfair that they are now putting this unnecessary worry on you as far as your birth goes., its just going to be stressful for you , hoping you don't go earlier than the elected c section date.

My god im being so lazy today , I just CBA'd! doing anything, I could be washing the dishes or vaccuuming but noooo, im stil on the computer .
Actually , no , I cant vaccuum because C broke it last night ....

What I really really want to do , is sleep , but I don't trust C and her friend on their own . ( C i would, for a while at least, Id sleep with one ear open , but not her and her friend )

I've been sick since Easter weekend and it's not going away I feel so miserable and it's times like this I wish DH didn't work evenings because I could really use another adult to help out in the afternoons and with dinner/bath/bedtime/cleanup.

I'm basically a working solo mum on weekdays which is fine because unlike actual solo mums I have DH to help out on the weekends so I do get the rest that is a luxury to most solo mums but right now I'm a sick, pregnant, working solo mum and I feel miserable

Plus I have so much work and personal bit and pieces to sort out before this baby arrives but I am suffering from a severe case of CBFA.
