So we are going away this weekend how long can you keep solids once defrosted? I will have them on ice all the way there. Please help. I can take tins of food but I make her food awee bit thicker and the puree no. 1 food is really runny. Thanks.

I don't know if there is a 'proper' answer but I would keep them as long as you would be happy with if it were you eating them. Plus I think it would depend for me what it was - I might not keep meat as long as fruit and veges. I would probably do a couple of days.

I just thought...I guess your other option would be to thicken the cans with baby rice.
