What B6 vitamin should I be taking to lengthen my luteal phase

My luteal phase maybe alright as every month im ovuating on day 20-22 each month
and my cycles is anywhere from 32-34 days If I ovulation on day 22 and my cycle is 32 days long My luteal phase would work out to be 10 DPO Which i think works out to be right ------------- http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/250ed1" rel="nofollow"> TTC#1 Jan 2009 |

I have just decided today to start taking thompsons b6 vitamin
Do i keep taking it until my next AF arrives
