I am trying to find out if there is lactose reduced milk available in New Zealand. Does anyone know where I could find it. I cant have milk and I am worried about the calcium I am not getting.

Liddels lactose free is available at supermarkets - it's in UHT containerrs so in the baking aisle not in the fridge.

You might want to give Sun Latte milk a go - I think its reduced lactose - I think its also higher protein than regular milk - but as its been ages since I bought it I would recommend checking the label.

edited to add - its a fresh milk so found in the chiller with the regular stuff. (organey sun logo thing)

I am completely allergic to all dairy products. We have rice or nut milks, they have added calcium, but bony fish such as sardines, tinned salmon are extremely high in calcium (and easier absorbed than dairy calcium)
