When shuold I worry about an upset tummy? I had leftovers from DF's stag night for tea last night (re-heated until piping hot in the microwave) and this morning had the most painful bout of the runs I can remember in a while It's a huge difference to the constipation I've had for the last 3-4 weeks.
When should I worry about it? My tummy is still a wee bit tender now but apart from the one visit to the toilet this morning, there's been nothing.

You sure it's not just pre-wedding nerves?
I'm pretty sure you would be safe if you heated it well.

LOL - I'm not nervous about the wedding, strangely enough!! I've done what I can, now it's up to fate. As long as I finish Saturday as Mrs W, it doesn't really bother me.
I just worry that something may have happened to these two beans if it was food poisoning or something.

I've had this a couple of times. It sucks ass but I figure if it isn't ongoing it doesn't really matter. Not so fun though

It should be fine, Kate. About a month ago I had a tummy bug... scared the sh*t outta me!
Nothing would stay at both ends, was so weak by the end of the two days ordeal I was convinced something bad would happen to bub.
Everyting's well, in fact just came back from my midwife's. Bub's heartbeat is perfect!
You will be ok :)

I would just be careful about your fluids and make sure you are not dehydrated. I'm sure missing out on one meal that skipped through quickly isn't a big problem, but you might want to take a multi vit to make sure everything is topped up.

Ive had this a few times, I think its to do with your body not agreeing with some things while pregnant.
I had a steak and cheese pie yesterday for lunch and had awful tummy cramps last night, had the cramps for an hour but couldnt go loo Then I finally went, and felt heaps better, so I dont think my tummy agreed with that pie! Even though it was SO yummmmm.

I either am constipated or have the runs all the way through this pregnancy.. totally agree with Sheza about food not agreeing with you.
My mw said if I cant keep fluids down for over 24 hours go to my GP asap.
Hope you feel better soon!

That bites LOL It's bad enough that I still can't eat most dairy products (I have IBS and dairy is my major trigger), all I had was a steak!!! I have had no problems since, it was just the worry that there was something wrong with the food that could have caused harm to either of the bubs - have to admit, I am grateful I had a bit of a clean out
