so i eat really really well. millions of veggies, the right serves of protein, carbs, fruits all the rest but im really not a big fan of milk, yogurt, cheese. i am lucky to have one serve a day which is about 200-300mg of calcium a day instead of the 1100-1300 that im supposed to have. i dont see my OB for another few weeks so i was wondering if anyone on here knows of any calcium supplements that i am allowed to take. with only 9 weeks left to go i really wanna make sure that im getting everything i need.

TIA

I have been taking the thompsons calcium supplements (have magnesium with the calcium hwich i think have helped with craps in my legs)mainly just because I don't eat alot of dairy either. Broccoli and sultana bran have loads of calcium too.

I will try out the Thompsons ones too then. I am lactose intollerant and the volumes of dairy you need is not sitting well with me. Thanks guys

I can recommend the 'life stream natural calcium powder'.

I am taking it as I am not eating dairy, egg, nuts or fish while pregnant - so I have no major source of calcium.
