I am only 6 weeks pregnant, but for the last couple of days I have felt crampy and like I am getting bad period pains, its been quite uncomfortable .
No spotting or anything, but is this normal?

I think a lot of people to get cramping and as there's no blood I guess that's positive. If you're in heaps of pain I'd go to the doc (even after hours if needed).
I hope you are feeling ok soon

For both of my pregnancies I have had heaps of cramping in the early stages, and I think its all pretty normal.
I agree with brenna - no blood is generally a good sign but if cramping gets really bad see a doc

I had the same thing and it scared the **** out of me at first. Then gradually realised that perhaps it was normal like everyone was saying.

It is the implanting and uterus stretching that you can feel. It generally eases off as you enter the 2nd trimester.
