how many weeks can you start taking these? some things say 30 weeks and some say 36 weeks. has anyone taken these and when did you start? -------------

Hi monikah,
I've been told it is safe to start during 3rd trimester. I drink the tea bags. I read up on it and it recommends 1 cup a day from 32 weeks and then to increase to 2 or 3 cups a day from 36 weeks. |

I asked my MW about the tea and she said she didn't recommend drinking it til 36 weeks.
I would suggest you ask your MW, a lady I used to work with started drinking it at around 30 weeks and ended up going into labour about 2 weeks later, turns out she is very sensitive to it. ------------- Lisa mummy to Ryan http://www.alterna-tickers.com">
