Its our second day on cloth and all is going well so far though we've not had any No 2's yet the only issue thus far is that hardly any of Hayden's trousers fit over the nappies!!! Is that normal? Do you find you have to buy a size bigger for body suits and pants/trousers in general? We are using Tots Bots bamboozles and they are marketed as a trim nappy which is funny but I have nothing but disposies to compare to so any cloth bum is going to seem huge I guess.

Yip normal, and you will find some brands fit better than others.

Just upsize the pants, you would have to in a month or three anyway.

Bamboozles might be marketed as a slim nappy for a 2-parter (fitted & cover) but you will find a pocket nappy or all-in-one a trimmer fit if that's important to you.

Leo wore pocket nappies at the same age as Hayden and I found that his pants fitted OK until he got near the end of the age range and then I usually had to size up early, or at the least always go for a stretchy (or adjustable) waistband.
